Ebooks are DRM-free digital files for personal use. Please do not redistribute them.
Purchases are processed by a third-party payment platform, which sets its own payment terms and handles taxes.
Due to the digital nature of ebooks, sales are final once downloaded. If there is a problem with your file, contact me and I will fix it or refund you.
Paperbacks are printed and shipped on demand by a third-party printer. Delivery times and returns follow that provider’s policy.
